COMMUNAL AREAS - Kitchen, dining, living area

INSIDE - has a large dining table that easily seats 10, a 75inch flat screen TV with Dolby 7.1 surround sound system with bluetooth connectivity, fibre broadband, log burner, books, board games.

OUTSIDE - 2 acres of garden, riverside access, hot tub, wood fired sauna, cold shower and cold plunge tub, outdoor dining table, large Kadai BBQ fire bowl, fire pit and seating area, Canadian canoe and double kayak, pontoon, fishing rights.

DOGS - we do accept a maximum of 2 small-medium sized hypoallergenic dogs no younger than 2 years old. They must be fully house trained, are not allowed on any furniture, beds, or upstairs. Fee of £10 per dog per night. You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog.
